Pastor Strozier has been under great leadership all of his life, including that of Bishop R.L. Jones, Bishop W.H. Bonner, and Bishop M.C. Pryor. In 2013 he moved from Illinois to assist in the Greater Fountain ministry to support Pastor Emeritus Samuel L. Peppers, whom he affectionately calls "Pop". During that time he was appointed the Youth President which now operates under the Y.A.C.H.T Club (Young Active Christians Hanging Together) as a thriving ministry. Having served as the platform chairman and member of the Trustee Board he has helped the ministry grow with his love for God's people. Pastor Strozier has been a chief praiser at Greater Fountain. He along with his wife, First Lady Lani Strozier, gives God all the glory for what's He has done!

One of Pastor Strozier's most memorable quotes "We're Better Together" derives from belief in Ecclesiastes 4:9-12. He is indeed a praying man of God who is committed to "Developing Dynamic Disciples through Discipleship, Dedication, and Duplication!
